Due to the nature of our business, items that have been imprinted and/or personalized cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your experience or order, ProBrands, LLC will work diligently to address any issues or concerns to make it right.
If you change your mind about an order during pre-production, please contact our customer care team at support@myprobrands.com for a full refund. Once an order has been sent to a production facility, we are unable to refund your purchase price.
Some undamaged, blank items are eligible for returns, but not all products qualify. Eligibility is determined by the supplier. Certain items, such as PPE, specific brands, apparel, soft goods, or similar products, may be designated as non-returnable.
For eligible items, a restocking fee of 10% to 20% may apply, depending on the supplier's policies. Due to the variety of our suppliers, restocking fees vary by order.
All sample sales are final and non-returnable. However, if you place a decorated order for the same item, the cost of the sample will be discounted from the decorated order.
For misprinted, damaged, or defective items, ProBrands, LLC will arrange for pickup and cover shipping costs. For returns of blank and/or undamaged items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please inspect your order for defects immediately upon arrival. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt. Returns outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition. Used or worn items are not eligible for return.
